Is It? Theatre Company Ltd

Julie and her daughter, Catherine, launched Is It? Theatre Company Ltd in 2005 as a theatre-in-education company. This not-for-profit organisation specialises in taking productions with health and social messages to senior schools and youth centres throughout South Wales.

Productions are hard-hitting and at the end of each play there is an important talk back session with the students to enable them to discuss the issues involved and how they affect their lives.

Current productions include:

"Other" - A play covering sexual health, unwanted pregnancy and abortion.

"Why don't you weep?" - An anti-bullying production

"Letting it out" - This uses forum theatre to explore the issues of self harm.
